For Now, On All SEO Packages, We only accept refund requests if we failed to deliver your order as describe on the inventive9.com’s product page and your request qualifies our policy standard and terms of services. To be eligible for a refund, you must have a customer account of https://www.inventive9.com. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You only can make a refund request from the email which you use for bought the service on inventive9.com shop. To start a refund, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a clarification email.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
